New farm purchase - suggestions please

Hi all

I am new on this forum, I am planing to buy a piece of land close to Canberra. It is 230 Acre and want to rear cattle for meat, for breeding, Also want to  have sheeps. wanna keep chicken, and grow truffle.

If some one suggest me what will be the best.

Research sheep and chooks. They are easy to handle and would be better on a small holding like you are getting. Cheers Rob.

I am considering a similar purchase near margaret river in WA, this is 150 acres and looking at cattle running around 50-60 but not breeding, buying podders.

 

You do not see this as a good alternative for the property ?
