Sydney Local Land Services has launched a series of online resources to support small farmers during self-isolation. The "Big Shift for Small Farms" podcast covers from soil health to mental health we are discuss the need for a big shift in farming systems. Each episode brings together insights from farmers, scientists and industry to share and grow knowledge about holistic and regenerative farming practices. video series include a broad range of expert advice and information for growers and producers running a variety of business from industry experts and their farming peers.
Marketing fundamentals for direct to market producers - From the Ground Up
The Local Land Services have partnered with marketing expert Kim V Goldsmith to deliver a series of resources for farmers selling direct to market. The information in this three part series will give producers expert tips and technical advice on the fundamentals of marketing. The information was originally presented as a two day workshop and has now been packaged up as a three part video and work book series to give more farmers access to the materials.
