Hi everyone, thanks for allowing my to join, I have heard nothing but great things about this space.

My family has many dreams, but the major is to create a safe long term home & Business for our 2 children who have complex needs and a place for our other children to always call home.

We are looking at investing in a small farm that can support some type of Agri Tourism, Our children have disabilities and medical issues that will require life time support from either us or others, so we are trying to ensure that what ever we set up works long term for them.

At present I am looking to get more educated on the actual running of a small farming enterpise, I have hands on experince from my youth of working my then partners property in SA which was a Hereford cattle, sheep and crop property. BUT I never really worked the business side of the farm, and what we are looking at doing has many different streams to it.

Can anyone suggest a farming course that would cover setting up, planning and running a small farm/Agri tourism. We have alot at stake so the least amount of mistakes we can make the better. 

We would love to also hear from anyone that is looking at the same type of set up for a family member with a Special need or anyone who is willing to share their experinces with Agri tourism.

We are on the Tablelands in QLD due to work and this is our dream farm spot too.
