Turkey farming

I have recently purchase a small property (53 acres) and am seeking some direction on turkey farming. Are any members turkey farmer's or does anyone know where I can go to get some start up information?

I don't know anything about turkey farming however I suggest you get a copy of Joe Salatin's Pastured  Poultry Profits and get your head around how he makes money with poultry and pasture and understand the principals involved and look at how these can be adapted for turkeys and your enterprise
