Primary Producer

The rego is due on the farm ute and the previous owner had primary producer status.How do i get it is it just a letter from my accountant.I know about the 20k income rule.

Hi Bigdave06,

Welcome to the small farming forum.

The primary production declaration is quite a simply form signed by your accountant stating that you have a primary production business. Your accountant should be able to provide you with a copy of the form.
