Assignment help

Hi everyone my name is Anthony, I'm currently studying agriculture and I need some advice.
I was Just wondering if anyone can give me a rough estimate of the overall profit you will receive from a 300-400 acre property owning around 150 cattle. I understand it is a hard question to answer... but any info will be helpful.

Thanks :)

Firstly, the quality of the land will determine how many head it can carry reliably.
#2 The quality of the stock
#3 The quality of your husbandry (the bull).
Look up the value of different types of live cattle then look up the average weights.
If you start with 150 head, borrow a good bull and get 120 calves of which half are male and can be sold at market price when fattened up that is this year's income. The 60 heifers get added to your herd and then what happens next year? The actual acreage is unimportant, it is the quality of the output that makes the big bucks. Don't be average. Be sensational. It will pay off so much more long term. :)

Regards Phil.
