Farming for the freshest produce to avoid the tastless mass produced!Ag college days!!! specificaly my first kill for butchery.queezy at first got over it fast. good to have the kowledge of how its done now am looking forward to be able to take care of my own cattle from the day there born to the day they leave to provide meat for my familly.

Take life slow and enjoy the ride and life.When I had a 3 day young calf that its mother left behind and I brought it home and feed it and my little mate "The Boss" a Japanese Spitz cleaned it, slept with it and watched over it everyday that we had him. The calf was an Angus and The Boss was only 12 inches high so the calf was twice as big as Boss.

Tread lightly and leave the land better than when you came. Treat all animals with respect and care. Eradicate noxious weeds and improve pasture. Make it a nicer place to live!First lot of calves born and having to tell my husband he had to help me deliver a calf! He was shocked but did a great job. Sadly we lost the calf but we saved Mum.

Work with Mother Nature for the best results.Whenever I stop and appreciate the beautiful environment I am lucky to experience.
