Surveying a property

Hi All,

We are looking at buying a small 10 acre property in SE Vic.

As the fences are needing to be replaced, should I consider engaing a Surveyor to mark out the property first?

It is a irregular shaped block with about 20 x survey pegs needed.

What sort of cost would that involve?

Thanks,

Keith

Hi Keith,

I suggest that you find a surveyor listed in the yellow pages in your area and have a talk to them about it. This is the only way to get an idea how much it will cost you to have the property re-suveyed. Had to do the same thing when we bought the property many years ago, here in SE Qld.

Cheers,

Barb
