Milking machine
Hi all,
I am looking for a second hand milking machine for one cow.
Does anyone have one that they are looking to sell or know where I can locate one?
Regards,
Margret

Hi everyone, it's s nice to be finally able to join this site! My husband and I have finally purchased our dream block of land; just under 600 acres in the North Burnett region of Queensland. We currently both live and work in Brisbane, about a 4 hour drive from the property, but we have lots of family up there who can check in on it for us while we're away. We're working hard to relocate closer to the property, and will both have off-site incomes so that the property remains a quality of life block rather than a commercial enterprise.
Hi everyone ,
Unfortunately I am not a farm owner , however the plan is to one day have at least 100 acres .
But to get to the point , I am a recreational hunter / Shooter and would like to ask/offer WA owners if they have need for someone to help with pest eradication ?
I am fully licsenced , SSAA member ( so I have insurance), mature, family man who is happy to be fully self sufficient should needs be .
I will not encroach your house, I will respect your requests and only require access water if staying for more than 2 days .
Hi brian and chris stephen here,
Hi, if anyone could fill out my survey, I am studying the live cattle trade for politics year 12 and it is a major part of my assessment. Thoughtful answers please :)
I've lived in the suburbs all my life, but have always felt a strong "calling to the land". I remember being a preschooler telling everyone I was going to be a grazier!
I've come to a point in my life were I can afford to buy property, and would like to. I've been causally looking around my home area, and land here is quite expensive. Honestly, for the price of an smallish urban block here, I could get 1000+ rural acres.
Gday guys and girls
New to the forum and throwing up an introduction.
Hi my name is Karen,
I am mum to a 17 year old who has wanted to be a farmer since before he could walk. To that end he has been studying agriculture since year 7 (in NSW). Unforunately though I am a single mum so he has lacked that "country" jack of all trades training so many country kids get (and need) to manage a farm. He also has special needs that I don't think will stop him achieving his dream but it may slow him down a little and mean that we may need to modify a few things.
We joined a couple of weeks ago and have found the forum of interest. We recently relocated to Victoria and in the process of establishing our organic self sustaining small 80 acre farm (after owning 2000 + acres near Tamworth). We hope to be eating our own grown foods within 24 months.
HI everyone,
What a great website and forum. We have a 86 acre farm on the outskirts of Melbourne and love it! Saying that, we are learning a lot. We run Angus and some Murray Grey cattle.
Cheers,
Damien
